Player of the Year titles acknowledged at the Challenge Match prize giving, Taymour Abou El Khier takes the honors. 19th June 2010
Taymour Abou El Khier was awarded the Players of the Year title following an outstanding season that saw him top the EGF gross Order of Merit title. Following victory in the season ending Orange lakes Mens Open Abou El Khier took the honors in style. A certificate of appreciation was awarded at the prize giving of the Challenge Match.
In an outstanding season where he reduced his handicap from 12 to 5, Katameya’s Ahmed Awn won the net player of the year title by winning convincingly the Net Order Of merit, Awn in fact finished in the top 10 in the Gross Order of merit and topped a great season by earning a place in the Amateur Challenge Match team and fittingly was awarded his certificate at the prize presentation.
