Simya, Ochieng and Jung share individual lead…..

Kenyans Simwa and Ochieng and South African Jung all scored impressive 3 under par 69s to share the 1^st round lead at the 2009 African Amateur Golf Team Championships

With a day of impressive scoring over the Championship Course at Dreamland 8 players managed to shoot par or better.

The leading Egyptian player is Mamdouh EL Sheikh, lying in 9th place following a steady 1 over par, 73. Katameya’s  Taymour Scarello managed 77, Amr Abou  El Ela an 80 and Ibrahim Wakid 81.
