Itinerary for 2010 Challenge Match

Day 1 – Friday 18th June 2010

11.00 AM – All players to register by 11 AM in the hotel/club lobby. Shirts and Caps can be collected from here. Many rooms should be ready for early check-in.

11.45 AM – All players to be in the Conservatory by the terrace ready for live draw for matches. Light lunch will be provided for all participants.

12.00 PM – Live draw for four ball matches. Captains will be asked to give their match pairings, match by match, from 1pm.

1.00 PM – 1st tee time with tee times every 10 minutes with 8 matches taking tee times until 2.20 PM

7.30PM – In the Conservatory for live draw for singles matches
Each player will be provided with complimentary water and soft drinks in their golf cart before play. Other items consumed on the course and in hotel will be on individual consumption.

Day 2 – Saturday 19th June

10.30 AM - 12.30 PM – Tee times from 10.30 for 16 singles matches

4.00 PM – Approx Prize Giving along with buffet for all
