The leading Egyptian player in the 2010 Egyptian Amateur Open will receive an invite to compete in the 2010 Egyptian Open. EGF Chairman, Ayman Hussein “We are delighted to create this opportunity for the leading Egyptian player in the event. Whilst we anticipate that our leading players will feature in the Amateur Open, it will be reassuring for players that the leading Egyptian player, should they not finish in the top 5, will receive an invite. With Egypt’s top player and current Amateur Champion Amr Abou El Ela, already qualified for the Egyptian Open, this gives a further opportunity for another National player to tee up alongside Rory McIlroy in just over a months time at Mirage City for the 2010 Egyptian Open
